| TOS Svitavy joint-stock company was established in 1948 and has therefore 65 years of tradition in industrial production and engineering. The town of Svitavy lies 70 km north-west of Brno. The company has gone through several periods of classical engineering production until two main production schemes were established, i.e. production of woodworking machines, and the production of chucking appliances. |
| Since 1997 the company runs in accordance with the quality system EN ISO 9001:2000, and the machines are produced according to CE standards. The company employs approximately 170 people and exports to around 50 countries of the world. |
| The company has the availability of own research and development capacities. All machines and appliances are produced under simple or NC control, and have the possibility of being supplied in various alternative finishes. The machines are robust constructions with cast iron or welded bases. |
| TOS Svitavy provides complex technological projects and studies including the implementation of: |
